High-alert trespass issued

Published on

A trespass issue was ordered for a student after an alcohol-related incident on Nov. 3.
The student, Jeremy Morse, had the order issued against him after he appeared intoxicated and disturbed a class.
Police apprehended Morse for making threats, violating his probation and obstructing officers.
Morse has been classified with a high-alert offense. The trespass order forbids him from entering any North Idaho College property including the outreach locations, as well as participating in any NIC activity.
Morse is the fifth student to be trespassed from NIC this year, and the third to be classified as high-alert.
