NIC reissues trespass order
A trespass order was reissued today by NIC for a man who had previously made veiled threats toward the NIC campus.
The email sent by NIC named Ryan Kinnunen and two known aliases: Julius Cash, and Patrick Ryan Budig. Notice of the trespass order was sent to students, staff, and faculty via NIC’s mailing system, and via NIC Now.
Budig had a warrant for his arrest issued in October 2012 after the threats were made, and a trespass order was issued.
The email states that Kinnunen has not been on campus, but anyone who identifies him on campus should immediately call 911. Should he be spotted on campus, there is potential for a campus-wide lockdown.
The reason for the reissuing of the trespass order was not given.
The mailing also provided a link to a list of trespassed students, and an informational video for active shooter events.

I, whom this article of lies is posted about, by NIC, and I was never arrested or charged in making any such treat. I have Rights, and NIC has a paper trail of not going by the Disability Act for civil rights; NIC lost a lawsuit last summer and fired Sharon Daniels Bullock for being responsible; for not allowing a disabled student to take his disability golden retriever to class for his health. She violated my Rights too. She was the main problem. Linda Michaels was put in charge of Sharon, to make sure she did her job, the right way, in dealing with my accommodations. I have those emails as proof. Paper trail. That didn't work in having Linda over Sharon. Then Alex Harris left voice mails, which is more proof of NIC- not being right. Overall, NIC violated my civil and disability rights, by trespassing me from attending classes, when a found to be false allegations by an employee at DAC was made. That employee does not work at DAC in Coeur d Alene anymore; since he had made the call to make up lies. NIC trespassed me, when I was never charged or arrested over the DAC employees lies. I have Rights.

Was never arrested or charged, and NIC trespassed me from attending classes. Was never charged or arrested, and NIC tresspassed me, and that violates my civil rights ;as well as the Disability Act. I have Rights, and I will Not forget that. Try to put me in jail again, like you did today 9-4-2014. I am not stupid, and I know my Rights. There was video surveillance today, paperwork, and my rights getting violated again by the Post Falls Police; for NIC. Cameras in the car and no rights were read to me while when the cuffs were put on me and I was put In the cop car at Cabellas today for an hour; I was detained for 6 hours. Video Surveillance and paper work. I was not arrested again, for expressing my rights and being an American that is right. Thanks Cabellas and KMC. More proof and is NIC getting scared for another lawsuit?
