Books, bags and… models?

The NIC Bookstore (Mica Peak Exchange) will be stunning customers tomorrow with books, bags and models. Cardinal jackets and hoodies will be flaunted down the runway during the returning Mica Peak Exchange Fashion Show.

The show had a 6 year vacation from the campus before Della Hoffert, the Supervisor of General Merchandise at Mica Peak Exchange, brought it back. Della invited anyone willing to model to contact her. Finding the willing participants proved to be no problem at all.

“The response was great!” Hoffert explained, grinning with excitement. The show had received all the models it needed, with extra participants on standby. As a reward for their participation, the students get to keep the clothes they model during the event.

Along with free admission, the event will host a drawing at the end of the show, with the winner receiving free gifts. The fashion show will be held March 5, 2015 at 11:30 a.m
