College students click-clacking at their computers, middle-aged ladies chatting away on lounge chairs, business men, and even dogs welcomed the inviting open floor atmosphere and that delightful whiff of fresh brew. Located 1.2 miles from campus off 5th and Sherman, Evans Brothers Coffee Roasters has been serving downtown CDA since their opening in 2017.

The cafe offers a variety of drinks from macchiatos to organic ginger lemonade. They also have a seasonal drink menu. According to manager, MC Jurado, Evans Brothers is most famous for their mochas.

Besides drinks, Evans Brothers also offers other options including locally baked pastries with organic and gluten free options, and organic breakfast burritos. They specialize in using a large percentage of organic ingredients and roasting their own beans.

The store occasionally hosts coffee tastings and bands, and offers free Wi-Fi. With ID, college students can recieve 15 percent off drinks and beans.
